Meet Our Founders & Long-haulers
jeff Oldenborger & caylin Glazier - OWNERs/Operators
First and foremost, we are a family. We believe in community, in supporting local, in getting involved, in slowing it down and in good beer. It isn’t any more complicated than that. We wanted to create a place that welcomes people in like the A-Frame cabin of our family’s past; with a friendly smile, a hug and a cold beer. Bring your family, bring your friends and come make some new ones and raise a glass to cheers the everyday, special days and the moments in between of what you love most! It is a privilege to be a part of this community and we are excited to grow with you together through the years to come!
Current Favourite: Okanagan Lake Cream Ale & Shuswap Lake IPA
andrew sawyer - brewmaster
A decade of home brewing and years of large capacity brewing with a Vancouver staple, Stanley Park Brewing, our brewmaster Andrew Sawyer is the perfect mix of talent and passion for the craft. We were lucky to find Andrew at the start of this journey and he has been with us since pretty much the beginning. Moving to Squamish with his wife, Mandy, and helping us build out the brewery and design the brewhouse. Andrew’s beer style is a match with our easygoing yet polished vibes; using modern techniques with traditional ingredients, he produces complex, full flavoured and sessionable beers that hit traditional style hallmarks, with their own twist! He has found a knack in creating some especially delicious - and award winning - sours and is looking forward to some more experimenting with a new series of West Coast IPA’s based of one of our #cabinfaves, Shuswap Lake IPA!
Current Favourite: Cheakamus Lake Czech Pilsner
